A: You can register as a user for free. The advantage of registering is that you will be able to login and send e-mails directly to the providers. You will also be able to communicate with EZrent Inc, the publishers of this Marketplace who can help you find the right rental provider if you have difficulty finding it otherwise.

A: We are worldwide matchmakers for renters and rental providers, but our current focus is North America.

A: Under EZrent.com, we advertise all kind of properties including but not limited to Residential, commercial, hotels/motels conference facilities etc. If you want to rent out a property that is not covered under listed categories, please write or contact us. We will add new categories and locations instantly. For commercial properties you have to go back to the home page and click on commercial.

Q: I do not have e-mail or a web site. How we can I advertise?

A: You can advertise by faxing us your property information or calling us at 206-575-7771. Our representative will add listing for you..

Q: How much does it cost to list a property, products and company?

A: Currently we are offering special discounts for limited time. Discounted rates are at $ 25 per listing (if paid in advance) until it is rented or 100 dollars if you want to pay after your property is rented out. Keep in mind that we work on honor system and trust our customers. We also offer annual membership for unlimited listings. Annual membership costs just $ 295.00 per year and is suited for mangers with multiple units.

Q: How long wills the special promotional offer last?

A: This special promotional membership offer lasts till December 2007.

Q. Will our rates increase if we chose to become members during promotional offer period?

A: If you join during this period and renew automatically your rate will stay the same.

Q: How many categories can I list under?

A: As many as apply to your property. You may assign multiple categories to you property by holding control key and click on the desired categories.

Q: How can we attract more rental customers?

A: Please read help messages. In city variations and neighborhood city fields please write down the neighboring cities and variation of you city names like New York City and NYC  Also use if some cities are misspelled.

Q: Can we change the information or picture in our listing?

A: Yes you can always login and edit certain information or change the picture. You will need to delete your properties.
